It’s off for five weeks of work and competition in Spain, during the unmissable international equestrian event of the Sunshine Tour, in Vejer de la Frontera in the province of Cádiz, Andalusia. Every year, in February and March, the Montenmedio Horse Centre welcomes riders from all over the world for show jumping competitions in magnificent open-air facilities.
For the third time in a row, Patricia Segura takes part in the event, with seven horses entered this year: Facette, Fascia, 5 years old, Epic, 6 years old, Champs d’or, 8 years old, Alizée Impériale, 10 years old, Valseuse de Terlong and Venutot, 11 years old. A return to competition that started well for the Spanish rider, who has settled in Switzerland, with, from the first week of competition, two victories, several rankings and an excellent contact with her new mare, Alizée Impériale.
